Hi Christiaan,

We are using your plugin, and have had no issues with the Single Listing template. We have just started to design the preview card, but cannot get the preview card to load. Additional information:

  • Everything is up to date – all plugins, Mylisting theme etc.
  • Listing settings are set to show the Mylisting toolkit template.
  • Template has been created as a section, and the location has been set to the preview card.
  • Preview Card Caching is off.
  • We cannot see anything obvious in the browser console.
  • We have a child theme.

Please help!
