How to hide other objects when Toolkit Gallery is empty?

I have toolkit gallery widget inside an inner section with a heading etc. How do I hide the inner section if the Gallery has no images?

I tried Dynamic conditions: hide when empy, show when not empty etc. , but cannot find the right combination
