But what button are you using for Claim button, you should use the MyListing Button widget and that has a setting to hide if empty, meaning the button is not visible if the listing is not claimable

I checked and using _claimed should still work. So I am not sure why you are having this problem, do you only have it for newer listings or for all listings?

For me it is working. The priority badge has no settings in elementor but does display. You can update all plugins to the latest versions!
