Image Carousels etc not working in “Quick Preview”
This topic might have been discussed several years ago. I’m not sure if Carousels are currently operational or not.

Formatting issues can occur when you have nested links. This can be solved by removing any links from widgets inside the preview card before turning the clickable card feature on.

I actually removed the Preview Card because there were formatting issues with the “clickable” card.

Yes, the API key is for one site only. The API key is important for updating, but you can still use the plugin on the staging site although it is not activated.
