I want to display related listings.
I follow the instructions on your docu.
But I cant choose the “Relating listing field”
The dropdown show, but I cant choose one there.
How I can do this?
Under settings -> preview settings you have to set a listing as preview.
You can also use the widget Toolkit > Listing Grid, that widget also has an related widget option

You are not using Related Listings, you have to create a related listing field in listing type editor. Related listings are defined manually.
If you want it automatic, that functionality is called Similar Listings, in your case the similar listings were also not showing up because of the listing type settings, you have to change in Listing Type Editor – Single Page – Similar Listings
I unchecked 2 options:
Must have at least one tag in common
Must belong to the same region (Regions taxonomy).
Now it is working! I checked for https://www.local.foifvier.ch/ort/bistrobar/
