But now the user have to click on the name of the listing to get to the detail page and not on the whole preview card itself…is it possible to click anywhere on the preview card to see the detail page of the specific listing?
Also for the priority badge it’s still not shown on the frontend and I would like it to say “sponsored” or “featured” on the top right site above the review stars – instead of an icon with a thunderbolt… can you also fix it, please?

Well you cannot have nested links
That is a requirement of the browser/html. I cannot change anything about that.
To be able to make the full listing card clickable you have to remove all other links like mailto:, tel:, https://listing.caerzte.de/fachgebiet/allgemeinmedizin/ etc.
So only the bookmark button can be clickable since that is not a link (<a> tag)
So this is something to do with your preview card/ how html works, and not with the plugin
